Stadium Seat Types

Tribune Seats are usually produced by plastic injection and blow molding. The raw material we use in production is “Copolymer” plastic. It is very resistant to impacts, vandal uses, extreme high and low weather conditions. Recycling raw materials are never used in our productions. Coloring is done with high quality “Masterbach” paints. It is extremely resistant to UV rays and the seats are also antistatic. Flame-retardant agents can also be added upon request. This feature is generally preferred in closed stands.
Metal constructed, foldable and protocol spectator seats are always proofed against corrosion before painting. Sandblasting process is applied to the metal parts before the last layer paint. Subsequently, primer paint is discarded optionally, galvanize or cataphoresis treatment is applied. After these processes, the corrosion resistance of the metal parts is at least 10 years. In VIP seats, production can be done in desired colors as fabric, leather or vinyl.
Stadium Seats Installation
Stadium seats are assembled in different ways according to the model. SHS-666 Plastic stadium seat is mounted on the floor with 4 screws. Screws are hidden by covering with the same color caps after assembly. SHS-669 tribune seat without backrest is mounted with the same method. Folding stadium seats are produced according to the shape and dimensions of the tribune. It can be mounted to the tribune horizontally or vertically. It is also important for the stands to be metal or concrete in terms of mounting the stadium seats. These should be taken into account when calculating installation costs.
